Munkhbayar Dorjsuren

Munkhbayar Dorjsuren (Mongolian: Доржсүрэнгийн Мөнхбаяр, born July 9, 1969, in Ulan Bator, Mongolia) is a Mongolian-German sport shooter. She was born in Mongolia, but moved to Germany and became a German citizen. She is the 1992 Olympic bronze medalist in the Women's 25 meter pistol for Mongolia and the 2008 Olympic bronze medalist in the same event for Germany. She competes in the 25 meter and 10 meter air pistol events.

Dorjsuren has competed at six Summer Olympic Games in total. She represented Mongolia at the 1992, 1996 and the 2000 Summer Olympics. Later she represented Germany at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. Along with many medals nationally and internationally, Dorjsuren won gold medals at the ISSF World Shooting Championships 1998 in Barcelona, Spain in the 10m airpistol event and 2002 in Lahti, Finland in the 25m sport pistol event. As of 2009 she lives in Munich, Germany and is currently preparing for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
